Welcome! It’s great that you’ve found my pages. On these pages you’ll find some foretaste of the ways you could possibly benefit from my counseling. I’ve also collected some tips where else you could find some support and even some tests for you to learn about yourself. There are also different kind of self-help books available in bookstores and library.

I offer therapeutic counselling during different challenging encountered situations. During discussions I use several methods, like cognitive short therapy, to mention one, altogether the methods used fit well with many problems one could run into during life. One particular thing to work with could be life traps or emotional schemas. Whatever the reason for having a therapeutic discussion might be, it's substantial that you formulate the problems and what needs to change, and also the way how to proceed. You will be active agent and my job is to support, guide and offer tools for you to choose to work with. If you still feel ambivalent whether to contact me or not, you can take a little test here.

My working hours differ daily so I’d be grateful if you could contact me by text message or email, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. I might be able to arrange our meeting fairly soon, if you should hope so. Each session will be arranged individually for suitable time, also in the evenings and during weekends. You can have as many appointments as you should wish for. You won’t need a referral or a diagnosis, sometimes just one session is all you should need to come across some possibilities.
